The dimensions of the top are 19"w x 16"d and the stand has a capacity of 300 lbs. so this should be very adequate for your need.

There is only 8" between the lower shelf to the bottom of the top shelf. There will not be enough space to hold two drawers that are 5.75" tall each. It would accomodate one drawer for paper storage.
